This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization thanks to your experience in software development, artificial intelligence integration, automation and delivery of technology solutions. \nYour role\n Collaborate with risk, business and operations teams to understand their needs, identify high-value opportunities and define practical outcomes and measures of success.\n Translate business needs into technical designs and delivery plans, selecting the appropriate approach among generative AI, agentic workflows, conventional automation and process improvements.\n Design and build applications, assistants and automated workflows connected to enterprise data, documents, application programming interfaces, applications and operational tools.\n Develop and integrate the software, application logic, data handling and user-facing features required to transform experiments into maintainable solutions.\n Evaluate and secure solutions using realistic test cases, acceptance criteria, failure scenarios and user feedback, while implementing appropriate privacy, traceability and human-review controls.\n Support and improve solutions throughout deployment, stabilization, adoption and ongoing ownership, collaborating with technology and control partners and, depending on experience, leading initiatives and sharing reusable technical approaches across the team. \n Your team\nYou will join a new multidisciplinary AI Solutions team supporting Capital Markets and Treasury Risk Management. The team focuses on a small number of valuable opportunities at a time and works closely with the people who own and perform the relevant business processes. Depending on the assignment, you may work independently or as part of a small delivery team, collaborating with technology, architecture and control functions across the Bank. \nThe Bank values continuous development and internal mobility.
