This role ensures that all production equipment, machinery, and facilities are maintained in a safe, efficient, and reliable condition to support continuous high-quality production. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who prioritizes safety, preventive maintenance, and team development.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nSupervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians on all shifts\nPlan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance (PM) programs on production lines, conveyors, fillers, packaging equipment, and facility systems\nTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment quickly to minimize downtime\nEnsure compliance with all safety regulations, GMPs, and food safety standards (HACCP, SQF)\nCoordinate with production supervisors to schedule maintenance around production needs\nMaintain accurate maintenance records, parts inventory, and work orders\nTrain, coach, and develop maintenance technicians on technical skills and safety procedures\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime\nMonitor and manage department budget and spending on parts/supplies\nPerform root-cause analysis on recurring equipment issues\nQualifications & Requirements\nHigh school diploma or GED required;
