This position leads warehouse team members, maintains inventory accuracy, supports production and distribution schedules, and promotes a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nSupervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse employees during the shift or other shifts as needed.\nEnsure timely and accurate shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory control processes.\nMonitor workflow and staffing levels to meet production and customer service requirements.\nEnforce company policies, safety procedures, GMPs, and OSHA regulations.\nConduct daily warehouse inspections and address safety concerns immediately.\nTrain, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to improve performance and productivity.\nComplete employee performance evaluations and administer corrective action when necessary.\nCollaborate with production, transportation, maintenance, and customer service teams to ensure operational efficiency.\nInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipping errors.\nMonitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.\nMaintain accurate warehouse records and reports using warehouse management systems and company software.\nEnsure proper housekeeping and organization throughout the warehouse.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.\nParticipate in department meetings and communicate company objectives to team members.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required;
