NBE is a company to grow with!\nSUMMARY\nThe Inventory Coordinator supports the procuring, moving, and transacting of NBE inventory. The Inventory Coordinator works cross-functionally with the Purchasing, Production, and Materials departments to ensure inventory is managed and accounted for, so that it may flow through NBE Operations efficiently.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nLinks purchase orders to demand in ERP system\nLabels, moves, and issues slow-moving and long lead job materials\nAssists with daily parcel delivery receiving tasks\nReviews and sorts through leftover parts from equipment builds\nRegularly cycle counts and does cycle count auditing\nUpdates vendor contract information in the ERP system\nFollows-up with vendors regarding late POs\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE\n2+ years’ experience in manufacturing, supply chain processes, or inventory control\nKnowledge of the Infor Syteline ERP software program (or similar) is preferred\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite\nAble to attain a forklift license\nProfessional and positive approach, self-motivated, strong relationship building skills and team player\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nWhile performing the duties of this job, you may be required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb and/or balance. You may be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
