Ensure transactions in the system are accurately and timely executed.\nEnsure Inventory Adjustments are documented, accurately and timely posted. Join us and take the next step in a meaningful, rewarding career.\nBenefits you can count on:\nNational DCP offers a robust benefits suite check out our career page for our full list of benefits\nMedical, dental & vision insurance \nFlexible Spending Account (FSA) / Health Savings Account (HSA) \nCompanypaid life, AD&D, short and longterm disability \n401(k) retirement plan with company match \nPaid Time Off (vacation, sick, discretionary) & paid holidays and more! \nAdditional benefits: employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition discount program, and more! \n.\nResponsibilities\nWhat you’ll do\nPerform daily cycle count activities in accordance with NDCP procedures.\nIdentify and properly correct inventory discrepancies at the location level as needed, including count, location, hidden damages, etc.\nPrepare reports using Manhattan, SAP, and Excel, and present findings to Management.\nWork with key personnel to identify and effectively implement process improvements to operational procedures to proactively optimize overall location and item-level accuracy and maintain the highest possible productivity levels.\nCheck in daily returns, RAR’s, damages, and overages.\nVerify the code-dated product is rotated properly.\nProvide as needed troubleshooting, analysis, and recommendations on inventory systems hardware (RF scanners, mobile hand-held computer/scanners, vehicle-mounted data terminals).\nMove pallets with forklift or powered jacks.\nParticipate on project teams as needed.\nSupervision Exercised\nThis position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.\nQualifications\nQualifications you bring:\nBachelor’s Degree preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required. \nExperience in an inventory/materials role preferred.\nProficiency with Warehouse Management and ERP Systems, Manhattan TLM/WM SAP preferred.\nBasic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nBasic leadership skills with the willingness to learn, improve, and adapt.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProficiency in mathematics.\nForklift experience preferred.\nExperienced in using an RF gun preferred.\nOther Requirements\nFlexible to work weekends to support operations or projects.\nTravel required as needed to support Inventory Control at other Distribution Centers\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to sit for extended periods.\nAbility to operate a computer keyboard and to view a computer screen for extended periods.\nAbility to walk, lift, tug, pull up to fifty (50) pounds\nAbility to work within a Distribution Center with a variety of temperatures, including Freezer and cooler environments.\nEqual Opportunity Employer:\nNDCP is an equal opportunity employer.
