We are currently hiring for positions in AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, KY, MI, NC, NH, NV, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, and VA. This is a remote position with an expected start date of 11/6/2026. Work schedules for this role are variable and fluctuate based on business and operational needs and may include evenings, weekends, and non-consecutive days off and typically supports 8-hour shifts within our operational hours. Responsibilities\nConsult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s debt relief programs or recommended options\n\nDocument client discussions clearly and concisely using Salesforce customer relationship management software\n\nComplete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored)\n\nMeet performance criteria set forth by the management team. Performance criteria subject to change based on company baselines.\n\nAdhere to National Debt Relief and Sales department policies and procedures and any applicable changes to either\n\nAccurately recall and document call information, skillfully navigate multiple computer systems with strong multitasking abilities, and\n\nDe-escalate stressful situations, provide empathetic support to vulnerable clients, and be open to receiving and applying constructive feedback to continuously improve performance\n\nQualifications\n2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, or a college associate's degree equivalent\n\nSales experience a plus\n\nStrong business acumen and professionalism\n\nExcellent communication skills both verbal and written\n\nPrevious remote work experience highly preferred\n\nReliable attendance and punctuality are essential\n\nCareer-minded with a focus on long-term advancement within the organization\n\nProven ability to remain effective and adjust promptly in a fast-paced workplace\n\nNational Debt Relief Role Qualifications:\n\nComputer competency and ability to work with a computer\n\nPrioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously\n\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills\n\nPunctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis\n\nCompensation InformationOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Base rate for position starts at $31,200 annually. Role is eligible for uncapped commissions and bonuses which bring total average compensation your first year to $85,000 annually.
