The organization manages league governance, media rights, global distribution, and event operations, culminating each season in the Super Bowl. Beyond on-field competition, it operates a vast entertainment ecosystem spanning digital media, broadcasting, licensing, and community programs.

The NFL Club Business Development department is responsible for the full management of Super Bowl Suites each year. This role will support that process across all phases, including, but not limited to: inventory management, sales, service, administration, and service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new and support the management of existing Super Bowl Suites pipeline
  • Manage the upkeep of master sales tracking data file
  • Provide consultative ideas to team leadership on pricing and inventory strategy
  • Identify and share best practices with leadership from around the industry
  • Manage and collaborate with Super Bowl Suites sales agents to support their sales efforts
  • Support administrative process across contracting, invoicing, and ticketing fulfillment
  • Support the team across all phases of the Super Bowl Suites process with a “no task to small” attitude

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Sports Business Development
  • Existing relationships and book of business to support new pipeline development

  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who can think critically and individually find solutions
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Problem solving and issue resolution skills, strong ability to “keep the ball moving forward”
  • Ability to navigate successfully a matrixed, cross-organizational landscape, fostering strong relationships along the way
  • Unwavering commitment to honest and ethical business interactions
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, good time management and organizational skills
  • Sports business experience a plus but not required
  • Candidate should be self-sufficient, a creative thinker, ambitious, and results and detail-oriented

Travel:

  • On a needs basis, exclusive to Super Bowl cities; roughly 25% of time

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

This job posting is for a position with one of the NFL’s third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL. The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency. The assignment to provide services to the NFL will be limited in duration but may be extended for an additional period by agreement between the NFL and the agency.

Salary / Pay Range

This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
