The ideal candidate combines strong product ownership, project delivery, stakeholder management, and data governance experience in a highly collaborative environment.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the lifecycle of assigned Health & Safety data products, ensuring solutions align with business objectives, user needs, and operational priorities.\nPartner with business stakeholders to define product vision, requirements, priorities, and roadmaps that maximize organizational value.\nLead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation and ongoing operations, ensuring successful delivery of business and technical objectives.\nManage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with organizational priorities.\nBuild strong relationships across Player Health & Safety, Data & Analytics, technology teams, and external partners to drive alignment and execution.\nFacilitate working sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements, establish priorities, and support informed decision making.\nChampion data governance practices and data quality standards that promote consistency, reliability, and trust in Health & Safety data assets.\nPartner with technical teams to identify and resolve data quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.\nDevelop scalable processes, documentation, and operational procedures that support sustainable product management and service delivery.\nMonitor product performance and business outcomes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, user experience, and organizational impact.\nInfluence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, driving accountability, collaboration, and successful execution without direct authority.\nProvide thoughtful recommendations, communicate risks proactively, and support strategic decision making across multiple initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in product ownership, program management, project management, data management, or related discipline.\nExperience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technical stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience partnering with external vendors and third-party service providers.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.\nExcellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience working within structured project delivery methodologies and collaborative work management tools.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDegree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology Management, Business, or a related field.\nExperience supporting data, analytics, technology, healthcare, health and safety, or research-focused organizations.\nExperience with data governance, data quality, master data management, or enterprise data initiatives.\nExperience supporting cloud-based data platforms and modern data ecosystems.\nAgile, Scrum, PMP, or related professional certifications.\nOther Key Attributes / Characteristics\nStrategic thinker with strong attention to detail and execution.\nCollaborative leader who builds trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.\nComfortable operating in ambiguity and driving initiatives forward with limited direction.\nDemonstrates sound judgment, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.\nTerms /Expected Hours of Work: \nExpected 40-hour plus work week in office \nSalary / Pay Range \nThis job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified.
