This requires us to deliver on our promises and always look for new opportunities to grow, both ourselves and our business\nJob Purpose\nManage and coordinate multiple field location schedules and activities ensuring regulatory, budget, work performance, productivity, and internal customer expectations are met.\nSchedule, execute, and model program work as planned out by Resource Planning to support the overall delivery of the Capital and Expense workplans.\nKey Accountabilities\nManage, balance, and coordinate external and internal resources to optimize short and long-term resource needs to achieve the work plan and deliver against agreed programs of work.\nPromote and implement procedural best practice to execute the annual Capital and Expense plans, and ensure all working practice (and where relevant, health and safety standards) are compliant with National Grid policies and regulatory requirements.\nKeep up to date with regulatory developments within energy industry to ensure the optimization of best practices for National Grid\nProvide technical guidance, support, and coaching to others to share knowledge and develop technical understanding within discipline\nReport and monitor monthly resource levels and resource predictions to Resource Planning for measurement of performance to plan, for tracking themes and trends\nPromote and implement procedural best practice in our Customer Meter Services to execute our UTC Requirements\nDevelop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to share best practices, drive consistency in resource coordination and planning, and ensure timely delivery of projects\nChallenge existing ways of working and continuously seek better ways of performing work to drive greater efficiencies.\nQualifications\nAssociate degree in a related area or equivalent work experience. Typically, role requires a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience.\nProficient in Office 365 programs such Excel, Word, Outlook .\nProficient in relevant software I.E. Salesforce.\nExperience of managing project teams and projects. \nMore Information\nSalary\n$73,000 - $85,000 a year\nNational Grid will not be providing visa sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
