As part of this investment, we're delivering the Uxbridge Moor project, a major new substation development in West London that will play a critical role in supporting future electricity demand.\nWe're looking for experienced EPC Project Managers and an Associate (Assistant) EPC Project Manager to join our team supporting the delivery of the Uxbridge Moor project.\nAs an EPC Project Manager, you'll lead the safe and successful delivery of complex infrastructure packages from development through to construction and close-out, managing programme, budget, risk and stakeholder requirements throughout the project lifecycle.\nWe're also recruiting an Associate EPC Project Manager who will support project delivery, working closely with EPC Project Managers and developing the skills and experience needed to progress into a lead project management role.\nWhat's the difference?\nEPC Project Manager\nLeads a project or major delivery package.\nAccountable for project budgets, governance and overall delivery.\nActs as the primary interface for key stakeholders and contractors.\nAssociate/Assistant EPC Project Manager\nSupports delivery under the guidance of an EPC Project Manager.\nManages delegated areas of scope and contractor activities.\nProvides an excellent development opportunity for those looking to progress into a lead project management role.\nThese roles are based out of Iver, with an expectation of 3-4 days per week on site, as well as travel to other sites in the region. This can be combined with hybrid working from home on an adhoc basis.\nWhat you'll be doing\nLeading or supporting the delivery of major electricity infrastructure projects through development, pre-construction, construction and close-out.\nDriving compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and CDM requirements.\nManaging project performance across scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk.\nBuilding strong relationships with contractors, stakeholders, regulators and internal teams.\nSupporting contract administration and NEC project management activities.\nUndertaking site inspections, monitoring contractor performance and resolving project issues.\nProducing project reporting, forecasts and governance documentation.\nWhat you'll need\nExperience delivering construction, utilities, energy or major infrastructure projects.\nStrong understanding of project management principles across the full project lifecycle.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nKnowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements within a construction environment.\nExperience managing contractors and working within multi-disciplinary project teams.\nExperience of NEC contracts is advantageous; however, candidates with experience working under other major forms of construction contract are also encouraged to apply.\nExperience within electricity transmission, utilities or other regulated industries is desirable.\nFull driving licence.\nIf you're excited by the opportunity to help deliver a brand-new substation project that will support the future of Britain's electricity network, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat's in it for you?\nSalary of £56,500 - £68,000 plus Market supplement of £4,500 per annum for the EPC PM/ £49,600 - £59,000 for the Associate EPC PM\nLondon Weighting Allowance of £10,970 per annum\nAnnual Performance Based Bonus\nJob-Requirement Company Car\n26 days annual leave, plus eight statutory days\nThe option to buy additional or sell holiday days\nGenerous contributory pension scheme - we will double-match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%\nFinancial support to help cover the cost of professional membership subscriptions, course fees, books, exam fees and time off for study leave - so long as it’s relevant to your role\nAccess to several flexible benefits such as a share incentive plan, and technology schemes, support via employee assistance lines and matched charity giving to name a few.\nMore Information\nThis advert closes at midnight on 22nd October 2026; however, we encourage candidates to submit their application as early as possible and not wait until the published closing date as this can vary.
