From instructor-led programs to innovative digital learning solutions, you'll play a key role in shaping how our employees learn and grow.\nWhat you''ll do\nDesign and develop instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, video, microlearning, and blended learning solutions.\nConsult with business leaders and stakeholders to identify performance gaps and recommend effective learning solutions.\nCreate learning pathways, curricula, assessments, job aids, and performance support materials that deliver measurable outcomes.\nManage learning projects from concept through deployment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.\nLeverage modern learning technologies, multimedia tools, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance learner engagement and effectiveness.\nAbout you\nWe're looking for a learning professional who combines strong instructional design expertise with a consultative approach to solving business challenges.\nYou will bring:\nExperience designing and developing corporate learning solutions.\nKnowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, or Agile Learning Design.\nExperience conducting needs analyses and partnering with stakeholders to drive performance outcomes.\nProficiency with tools such as Articulate 360, learning management systems, and Microsoft 365.\nStrong writing, storyboarding, visual design, and project management skills.\nA bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.\nExperience supporting technical, operational, engineering, cybersecurity, utility, or compliance training environments is a plus.\nYour rewards\nRewarding work and a collaborative, team-oriented culture are just the beginning.
