Leading strategic transformation initiatives within our Learning function, you'll help create innovative, scalable and impactful learning solutions that build the capabilities our business needs for the future.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to influence enterprise-wide change, working with senior stakeholders to modernize learning practices, embed new technologies and create a high-performing learning ecosystem that supports colleagues across the UK and US.\nThis is a hybrid role working in the office and traveling to other training centers in NY and MA.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the development and delivery of the Learning Transformation roadmap\nDrive the modernization of learning processes, systems and operating models\nPartner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify capability needs and learning priorities\nDeliver strategic change initiatives that improve learning effectiveness and colleague experience\nUse data and insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of transformation activities\nIdentify opportunities to leverage technology, automation and digital learning solutions\nBuild strong relationships across HR, Learning, Technology and operational teams\nManage multiple transformation projects while balancing strategic and operational priorities\nChampion innovation, continuous improvement and best practice across the Learning function\nWhat You'll Need\nWe're looking for an experienced learning professional with a passion for transformation, change and continuous improvement.\nWhat You'll Ideally Have\nExperience leading large-scale learning, talent or organizational transformation programs\nStrong understanding of modern learning strategies, frameworks and technologies\nProven experience influencing and working with senior stakeholders\nStrong project and program management capabilities\nExperience leading change initiatives within complex organizations\nExcellent communication, engagement and stakeholder management skills\nStrong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities\nMore Information\n#LI-NK1 #LI-HYBRID #LI-ADULT LEARNING #LI-TRAINING\nAnnual Salary\nSyracuse and surrounding area: $152,000-$178,000\nMillbury and surrounding area: $170,000-$200,000\nMelville and surrounding area: $182,000-$214,000\nNational Grid will not be providing visa sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
