If you yearn to be innovative, contribute new ideas, and play a critical part in our Technology & Innovation organization, we want to hear from you!\nAbout the role\nAs Product Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring Data & Analytics Platform investments translate into measurable business value through effective demand management, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and delivery coordination. You'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders, platform engineering team, data governance, architecture, security, and leadership. You'll balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution, ensuring initiatives are prioritized appropriately, dependencies are actively managed, and platform roadmaps remain aligned to evolving business needs.\nYou'll focus on building transparency across the portfolio by maintaining integrated roadmaps, managing demand intake processes, tracking value realization, and improving communication between stakeholders and delivery teams. You'll serve as both a delivery enabler and an advocate for platform adoption, helping ensure investments in data and analytics capabilities deliver maximum organizational value.\nWhat you'll do\nManage demand intake processes across data and analytics platforms.\nFacilitate prioritization activities to align work with business objectives, platform strategy, and available capacity.\nMaintain integrated roadmaps and delivery backlogs across multiple platform products and initiatives.\nCoordinate dependencies across engineering teams, business units, governance teams, security teams, and external vendors.\nDevelop and communicate roadmap updates, delivery status, risks, decisions, and business outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.\nSupport quarterly planning, portfolio reviews, funding discussions, and governance forums.\nDefine and track value realization metrics including adoption, utilization, operational improvements, cost optimization outcomes and service KPIs.\nPartner with data development teams and business data leaders to ensure business requirements are understood and translated into actionable delivery plans.\nPromote platform adoption by engaging stakeholders, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement.\nIdentify opportunities to improve delivery processes, planning approaches, and stakeholder engagement models.\nMonitor and manage ServiceNow tickets and support requests, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and communication with stakeholders.\nOversee support operations by tracking ticket aging, backlog health ensuring SLA compliance.\nCoordinate project funding, budget tracking, charge code maintenance, resource planning, effort tracking, and allocation activities to support operational and project delivery objectives.\nAbout you\nExperience in product management, program management, project delivery, or technology portfolio management.\nExperience working with Agile delivery models and backlog management practices.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience facilitating prioritization, planning, and dependency management across multiple teams.\nAbility to translate business objectives into clear requirements and delivery outcomes.\nExperience producing executive-level reporting and delivery communications.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with an outcome-focused mindset.\nFamiliarity with enterprise data and analytics environments.\nExperience supporting technology transformation or modernization initiatives preferred.\nMore Information\nAre you the right fit for this exciting role?
