We do this by:\nAligning and coaching leadership on the case for change and their role in driving it.\nEquipping frontline managers with the skills and resources to advocate for change and coach their teams.\nCreating targeted communications, training, and resources to support user readiness and adoption.\nMeasuring and monitoring business readiness throughout the change journey and addressing risk proactively.\nAs Senior Analyst for Business Change, you will report to Engineering and Network Strategy within the New England electric business.\nYou will lead or support development and delivery of discrete activities, collateral, metrics and reports for various initiatives within Engineering and Network Strategy. Strong facilitation, project management, communication, problem solving, and analytical skills are required to be effective in this role.\nKey Accountabilities\nCreate and deliver change plans and ensure alignment to overall project goals, strategic objectives and audience best practice.\nDevelop and maintain engineering personas and segmentation strategy. Be familiar with engineering processes, ways of working and communication styles.\nLead stakeholder communications, training, engagement, and post go-live support plans.\nAlign, coordinate and maintain roadmap of changes.\nAssess and break down organization, process and technology impacts.\nCollaborate to measure program effectiveness to ensure end user readiness and adoption targets and develop action plans to address low readiness and adoption indicators.\nCollaborate with other change teams to share best practices and lessons learned; when needed partner with those teams to mitigate risks to end user readiness and adoption due to overlapping changes.\nManage and report on digital readiness and other user adoption metrics.\nWork with portfolio team to define roll out strategy and roadmap for new innovations.\nQualifications\nRequired:\n2-5 years leading significant business projects, with a focus on evolving work methods and technology adoption.\n2+ years leading or facilitating the development and execution of deliverables used to drive awareness, preparation and adoption of new processes, data, technology, etc. \nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to analyze data, present insights via graphs and charts, and present a succinct, consumable story.\nExcellent written, oral, and presentation skills.\nExperience in using MS Office suite applications to successfully communicate, engage and present in-person as well as in a hybrid working environment.\nPreferred:\nExperience with energy utilities and engineering.\nBachelor’s degree.\nMore Information\nWhy National Grid?\nHelp shape the future of New England's energy system.\nSupport meaningful transformation initiatives that improve reliability, affordability, and sustainability.\nCollaborate with experienced professionals across engineering, strategy, operations, and transformation teams.\nGain exposure to major modernization and innovation programs.\nJoin an organization committed to continuous improvement, learning, and professional growth.\nSalary\n$114,000 - $134,000 a year\nNational Grid will not be providing visa sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
