Key responsibilities include the following:\nFollow ServiceNow software development best practices & standards - Architecture principles, Integration standards, Release management, Platform upgrade strategy, performance tuning, etc.\nMonitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the application\nCollaborate with ServiceNow Support concerning strategies and technical aspects of platform upgrades\nWork on major version upgrades and installing patches\nUtilize plug-ins for integrations and app development from ServiceNow application store and communities\nDrive the creation of relevant and meaningful re-usable workflows, and other deliverables that enables the overall business thus driving better performance\nValidate all new change requests & demands on the platform\nAbout you\nEducation & Work Experience:\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent \n2+ years of hands-on development experience on ServiceNow platform overall\n1+ years of hands-on development & configuration on the ServiceNow Platform\nExperience with end to end implementation of ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD module of ServiceNow\nPreferred Experience within ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Virtual Agent, Employee Center\nExcellent knowledge and experience developing in JavaScript\nProven experience in understanding & capturing business requirements as features in an agile manner\nWorking knowledge of Agile / Scrum development process\nProgramming skills with JavaScript, Core Java & Web Services, or Jelly Scripting\nCertifications:\nCertified ServiceNow Administrator \nCertified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD) (preferred)\nService Now Developer Certified (preferred)\nMore Information\nAre you the right fit for this exciting role?
