We are hiring for two positions, which may be based in-office in either the Millbury, MA area or Schenectady, NY. The role will require travel between New York and Massachusetts to support program delivery and onsite activities. Travel schedules are subject to change based on program needs and business requirements.\nAbout the Role\nThe Technical Training Analyst plays a key role in the successful planning and delivery of US leadership development programs, providing end-to-end support for program planning, scheduling, reporting, participant coordination, and onsite administration.\nThe role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and adjusting as program needs change. The Technical Training Analyst will work closely with program leadership, facilitators, participants, and internal stakeholders to coordinate schedules, maintain accurate program information, resolve issues, and support a consistent participant experience.\nIn addition to leadership development programs, the position will support broader US Technical Training activities, including Learning Management System administration, technical training planning, compliance and regulatory training support, reporting and analytics, ServiceNow Learning Portal requests, and stakeholder coordination.\nThe analyst will assist with the type of data and reporting work currently supported across US Technical Training, including dashboard updates, performance metrics, strategic priority tracking, and training data analysis. This support will help ensure leaders have accurate, timely, and actionable information to make decisions, monitor progress, and communicate training performance across the business.\nWhat You'll Do\nThe Technical Training Analyst will have primary responsibility for the coordination and administrative support of leadership development programs, including planning, scheduling, reporting, participant management, stakeholder communication, and onsite program support. The role will maintain detailed program information, coordinate changing requirements, identify and resolve scheduling or administrative issues, and make timely adjustments to support effective program delivery.\nBeyond leadership development programs, the role will provide operational support across US Technical Training, including LMS support, training administration, data management, compliance reporting, learner and manager inquiries, vendor-delivered training, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.\nLeadership development program support will be the primary focus of the role, with broader Technical Training responsibilities prioritized and assigned based on program schedules, operational needs, and overall team capacity.\nAdditional Responsibilities:\nCoordinate the day-to-day planning, scheduling, reporting, and administrative support required for US leadership development programs. \nCoordinate program schedules, participants, facilitators, locations, materials, and other requirements needed for successful delivery. \nProvide onsite administrative and coordination support for program sessions. \nMaintain accurate program records, schedules, participant information, and reporting. \nCommunicate program information, schedule changes, requirements, and updates to participants, facilitators, leaders, and stakeholders. \nProactively identify scheduling conflicts, administrative gaps, and other issues requiring action. \nMake timely adjustments to schedules, plans, and administrative arrangements as program needs change. \nSupport reporting that provides visibility into program participation, scheduling, completion, and delivery. \nServe as a central coordination point for leadership development program administrative needs. \nBroader Technical Training Support \nSchedule compliance, regulatory, and safety training and exams in alignment with business requirements. \nSupport employee training requirements associated with new hires, job changes, and employees new to role. \nProvide LMS technical and administrative support. \nSupport technical training planning, learner administration, scheduling, and reporting. \nSupport ServiceNow Learning Portal inquiries and ticketing requests. \nMaintain accurate LMS and training data and provide compliance and management reporting. \nAnalyze training information to identify issues, trends, and opportunities to improve service delivery. \nDevelop working knowledge of Power BI, data analytics, and reporting tools to support dashboard updates, analyze training information, and provide clear insights for leaders and stakeholders. \nWhat You'll Need\nOrganization and Attention to Detail: Maintains accuracy while managing multiple training administration and reporting activities. \nProblem Solving: Uses sound judgment and analytical thinking to resolve non-routine queries, troubleshoot LMS issues, and identify practical solutions. \nContinuous Improvement and Efficiency: Identifies opportunities to improve data accuracy, reporting quality, stakeholder communication, and learner support processes. \nAdvanced Reporting Capabilities: Experience using Excel, Co-pilot, and other Microsoft applications to provide visibility into clear metrics and data for each position. \nPreferred Qualifications \nExperience supporting leadership development, learning and development, technical training, or similar training programs. \nExperience coordinating program schedules, participants, facilitators, locations, logistics, and onsite program activities. \nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, changing schedules, and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. \nExperience using SuccessFactors or a comparable Learning Management System. \nExperience working with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing or request-management system. \nStrong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills, including the ability to organize, analyze, track, and report program and training data. \nExperience supporting reporting, participant tracking, program administration, or training compliance activities. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills with experience coordinating across participants, facilitators, leaders, and other stakeholders. \nFamiliarity with technical operations, safety expectations, compliance requirements, or field training environments is preferred. \nMore Information\nAnnual Salary\nSchenectady, NY: $75,000-$88,000\nMillbury: MA: $85,000-$99,000\nNational Grid will not be providing visa
