The Department is a resource for the CNA/NNOC contract-mandated Professional Practice Committees (PPC) in each facility to ensure that laws and regulations related to nursing practice patient advocacy, and professional practice standards are observed and protected.\nWhat You’ll Do - Responsibilities\nThe Nursing Practice Director supervises Nursing Practice staff, serves as a general resource on nursing practice, and patient and social advocacy issues for the organization. The Nursing Practice Director will plan, organize, coordinate and present training and education programs on nursing practice, patient and social advocacy issues.
