This role is crucial for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, encompassing receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in order picking, packaging and labeling, and possess strong communication skills. They should also be adept at using RF scanners and material handling equipment, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment.\nResponsibilities:\nReceive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying against purchase orders.\nSort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper warehousing procedures.\nPick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to shipping guidelines.\nPrepare shipments for dispatch, including packaging and labeling, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.\nOperate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.\nPerform cycle counting and inventory management tasks to maintain accurate stock levels.\nLoad and unload trucks, ensuring the safe handling of goods.\nMaintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including housekeeping duties.\nAssist with shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and data entry.\nProvide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nWorking knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.\nGeneral knowledge of inventory management principles.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.\nProficiency in using RF scanners.\nBasic computer literacy for data entry and order processing.\nEffective communication skills, both written and verbal, in the English language.\nExperience with order picking and packaging.\nFamiliarity with shipping and receiving processes.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with palletizing.\nFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).\nExperience with material handling equipment.\nPrevious experience in a
