Conduct daily inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with established quality specifications and standards.
Inspect incoming raw materials, from truck arrival and initial verification through sampling, testing, and final approval or rejection, while recording inspection results in the IFS system.
Perform self-calibration and routine accuracy checks on laboratory instruments, including pH meters, gloss meters, and spectrophotometers.
Identify and report non-conformities in incoming raw materials and finished products by issuing Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMRs) and escalating findings to the responsible manager.
Maintain and organize retained samples of finished products in accordance with laboratory procedures.
Ensure compliance with 5S principles, laboratory organization standards, and standardization procedures.
Assist senior QC personnel with additional inspections and quality-related activities as required.
Verify that raw materials issued from the raw material warehouse match production orders by item code and specification.
Verify the quantities and weights of raw materials used in manufacturing and confirm batch numbers against supplier documentation.
Monitor manufacturing operations in accordance with operating instructions and procedures provided by the Research and Development (R&D) department, including:
Monitoring manufacturing temperatures and critical process parameters.
Inspecting additional raw materials used for product adjustments and verifying their correct addition methods.
Inspecting returned materials from manufacturing operations and verifying their weights.
Monitor packaging operations to ensure compliance with quality requirements, including:
Verifying the accuracy and legibility of inkjet-printed information on product packaging.
Ensuring packaging details match the approved packaging orders.
Monitoring package weights, cleanliness, and overall packaging quality.
Reviewing filling weights based on actual product density provided by the QC laboratory and ensuring permissible weight deviations remain within specified limits for each package size.
Collecting and maintaining retained samples after each packaging operation.
Performing random inspections and end-of-line checks to verify the effectiveness of product filtration during packaging.
Assist in testing raw materials and finished products and verify that test results comply with the established quality control plan.
Raise NCMRs for non-conforming production orders and escalate findings to the section manager to support the implementation of appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Complete packaging orders in the system after production and packaging are finished, creating material picks for additional quantities and processing returns for unused or returned materials.
Prepare and submit manufacturing and packaging quality reports directly to the Quality Control Manager.
Test process water by monitoring pH and chlorine levels to ensure compliance with manufacturing requirements.
Perform routine checks to verify the accuracy of weighing scales used in manufacturing operations.
