laboratory organization standards, and standardization procedures.\n\nAssist senior QC personnel with additional inspections and quality-related activities as required.\n\nVerify that raw materials issued from the raw material warehouse match production orders by item code and specification.\n\nVerify the quantities and weights of raw materials used in manufacturing and confirm batch numbers against supplier documentation.\n\nMonitor manufacturing operations in accordance with operating instructions and procedures provided by the Research and Development (R&D) department, including:\nMonitoring manufacturing temperatures and critical process parameters.\n\nInspecting additional raw materials used for product adjustments and verifying their correct addition methods.\n\nInspecting returned materials from manufacturing operations and verifying their weights.\n\nMonitor packaging operations to ensure compliance with quality requirements, including:\nVerifying the accuracy and legibility of inkjet-printed information on product packaging.\n\nEnsuring packaging details match the approved packaging orders.\n\nMonitoring package weights, cleanliness, and overall packaging quality.\n\nReviewing filling weights based on actual product density provided by the QC laboratory and ensuring permissible weight deviations remain within specified limits for each package size.\n\nCollecting and maintaining retained samples after each packaging operation.\n\nPerforming random inspections and end-of-line checks to verify the effectiveness of product filtration during packaging.\n\nAssist in testing raw materials and finished products and verify that test results comply with the established quality control plan.\n\nRaise NCMRs for non-conforming production orders and escalate findings to the section manager to support the implementation of appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).\n\nComplete packaging orders in the system after production and packaging are finished, creating material picks for additional quantities and processing returns for unused or returned materials.\n\nPrepare and submit manufacturing and packaging quality reports directly to the Quality Control Manager.\n\nTest process water by monitoring pH and chlorine levels to ensure compliance with manufacturing requirements.\n\nPerform routine checks to verify the accuracy of weighing scales used in manufacturing operations.\n\nRequirements\nPrevious experience in the chemical manufacturing industry is a Must\n\nBachelor’s degree in Science, preferably Chemistry.\n\n0-1 years of relevant experience in Quality Control\n\nGood command of English, both written and
