This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal teams to keep quotes and projects on track, address customer needs, and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and grow existing business.\nManage relationships with existing commercial customers, serving as a reliable point of contact for questions, project updates, and ongoing needs.\nBuild strong customer relationships through proactive communication, consistent follow-up, and a thorough understanding of each customer's business.\nCoordinate customer requests and project details with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses.\nFollow up on quotes, outstanding information, pending decisions, and open customer requests to keep projects moving forward.\nCommunicate pricing, project scope, timelines, and next steps clearly to customers.\nMaintain accurate customer records, quotes, and opportunity updates in the CRM.\nIdentify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and support additional business from current customers.\nCoordinate smooth handoffs to Project Management and Operations while remaining engaged in the customer relationship throughout project execution.\nAnticipate customer needs, address concerns, and work with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in account management, customer relationship management, inside sales, or a related B2B role.\nStrong relationship-building and customer service skills, with a proactive approach to communication and follow-up.\nExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience using CRM software to track customer interactions, quotes, and follow-up activities.\nAbility to coordinate across multiple departments and keep projects and customer requests organized.\nStrong attention to detail, accountability, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in commercial construction, building products, accessibility solutions, or a manufacturing environment.\nExperience working with general contractors, modular building companies, dealers, or national accounts.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems, quoting platforms, or project management software.\nAbility to interpret basic construction drawings and project specifications.\nExperience working with purchase orders, project quotes, and commercial customers.\nBenefits\nAt National Ramp, we believe in supporting our employees both at work and beyond.
