The Welder plays an important part in producing high-quality components and supporting steady production through close collaboration with the broader manufacturing team.\nResponsibilities\nPerform MIG, TIG, or stick welding on ramp components to specification.\nRead blueprints and fabrication drawings to assemble welded metal structures accurately.\nInspect weld quality and correct defects to meet safety and quality standards.\nOperate welding and cutting equipment while following all shop safety procedures.\nCollaborate with the production team to meet daily output and manufacturing deadlines.\nRequirements\nCompletion of a welding program.\n2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.\nHands-on experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.\nAbility to read blueprints accurately and use measuring tools with precision.\nKnowledge of welding safety standards and proper use of protective equipment.\nAble to lift materials and stand for extended periods during production shifts.\nAvailability to work first or second shift.\nEligible to work in the United States.\nBenefits\nOur commitment to you goes beyond the usual.
