Обязанности:

  • Своевременный подбор персонала;
  • Размещение объявлений о вакансиях на Job-площадках, обработка откликов, активный поиск кандидатов;
  • Проведение телефонных интервью с кандидатами;
  • Ведение установленной отчетности.

Требования:

  • Уверенный пользователь ПК (MS Office, E-staff);
  • Хорошие коммуникативные навыки;
  • Грамотная письменная и устная речь;
  • Готовность к работе в режиме многозадачности, с большим объемом информации;
  • Ответственность, исполнительность, самостоятельность, обучаемость, ориентация на результат;
  • Желание профессионально развиваться и расти в сфере управления персоналом.
