Learn more at nationgraph.com.\nAbout the Academy\nThe BDR Academy is NationGraph’s paid, 16-week internship for students and new graduates who want to build a career in tech sales.\nFrom your first week, you’ll work alongside our sales team to research prospective customers, start conversations, and book qualified discovery meetings for our Account Executives. You’ll learn how to understand a company’s business, recognize where NationGraph can help, and turn that understanding into effective outreach.\nYou’ll receive weekly coaching from sales leadership and experienced reps, with clear expectations and a monthly qualified-meetings target that reflects your scheduled hours. Meet your performance targets throughout the program and you’ll earn a full-time BDR offer in our Fort Lauderdale office, starting after graduation or immediately after the Academy if you’ve already graduated.\nProgram Details\nDates: May-August 2027, 16 weeks\n\nLocation: Remote during the Academy; full-time BDR roles are based in Fort Lauderdale\n\nWho it’s for: Juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any major\n\nCompensation: Paid internship plus bonuses for qualified meetings\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nBook qualified discovery meetings through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach\n\nResearch companies and build targeted prospect lists\n\nUnderstand how prospects sell to government and explain how NationGraph can help them win more business\n\nRun outbound campaigns alongside our full-time BDRs and refine your approach with feedback\n\nKeep accurate records in HubSpot, track your results, and use what you learn to improve\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nYou don’t need previous tech sales experience.
