The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), RBAC, Active Directory, and access governance while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.\nRequired Technical Skills\n\n3–5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) / User Access Management\n\nExperience managing user access in regulated ITAR environments\n\nStrong understanding of:\n\nRole-Based Access Control (RBAC)\n\nIdentity Governance\n\nAccess Certification processes\n\nHands-on experience with:\nActive Directory \nLDAP\n\nUNIX\n\nMainframe\n\nMicrosoft Exchange Administration\n\nExperience with:\n\nMicrosoft Entra ID\n\nIdentity Governance & Administration (IGA)\n\nSingle Sign-On (SSO)\n\nMulti-Factor
