This role ensures alignment across stakeholders, manages risks and dependencies, and drives timely delivery of scalable, secure, and operationally efficient infrastructure solutions that support business operations and strategic initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram Leadership & Execution\nManage end-to-end infrastructure programs consisting of multiple interdependent projects, including surge readiness, data center migrations, enterprise software transitions, telecom migrations, and security transformation initiatives.\nDefine and maintain program roadmaps, strategic priorities, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations across multiple workstreams.\nCoordinate across site leads, engineering teams, security, and global delivery teams for successful execution.\nEnsure program-level alignment on timelines, budgets, dependencies, and scope across all projects.\nDrive executive-level visibility and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.\nLeverage AI-driven insights to forecast program-level risks, dependencies, delivery trends, and financial impact.\nManage cross-project dependencies, ensuring alignment across infrastructure, security, and business initiatives.\nAI-Enabled Program Management\nUtilize AI-powered program management tools to improve planning accuracy, timeline forecasting, and workload optimization.\nApply predictive analytics to identify schedule slippage, resource constraints, and delivery risks early.\nUse AI to generate status reports, executive summaries, and dashboards with data-backed insights.\nLeverage AI for scenario modeling (what-if analysis) to support decision-making on scope, timelines, and resources.\nPromote responsible and compliant use of AI in program workflows, ensuring transparency and data security.\nPartner with engineering, security, and PMO teams to continuously enhance AI adoption in program delivery processes.\nTechnical Oversight\nProvide program-level oversight for infrastructure initiatives involving Zero Trust technologies, firewalls, Microsoft Azure, endpoint security, and telecom infrastructure.\nLead enterprise initiatives such as cloud migrations, Zero Trust rollouts, device posture enforcement, secure access transformation, and telecom transformations.\nLead regular program updates using AI-enhanced reporting to clearly communicate progress, risks, and deliverables.\nOversee cloud and hybrid infrastructure initiatives with a security-first mindset.\nConduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with IT security and privacy policies.\nEnsure AI-assisted tools and automation comply with enterprise governance standards.\nStakeholder Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.\nNegotiate goals, priorities, and expectations across departments.\nProgramGovernance , Process Optimization & Automation\nEstablish and manage program governance frameworks including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), change control, and financial tracking.\nDefine and track program-level KPIs, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics to measure delivery health and business impact.\nDrive automation and documentation improvements using tools like JIRA and AI-enabled workflows.\nImplement AI-supported task tracking, backlog prioritization, and dependency management.\nLead onboarding and transitions for new sites or systems with minimal disruption.\nCreate and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and checklists for consistent execution.\nContinuously improve delivery efficiency through AI-based insights and process optimization.\nEmbed privacy, security, and compliance objectives into all program phases.\nCompliance & Governance\nMaintain accurate documentation for audits, disaster recovery, and business continuity.\nEnsure ethical and compliant use of AI technologies in project execution.\nCollaboration & Communication\nLead cross-functional collaboration across IT, Security, Compliance, Operations, and Business teams.\nTranslate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans and deliverables across multiple projects.\nCommunicate effectively with leadership, providing concise, outcome-driven updates and decision support.\nAct as a change leader driving adoption of program governance and AI-enabled delivery practices.\nSupport global teams across regions, including the US and India, ensuring seamless coordination.\n8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, including 3+ years in program management.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\nStrong expertise in risk management, dependency tracking, and resource allocation.\nSolid understanding of AI-assisted project management concepts (predictive planning, automation, analytics).\nStrong knowledge of ITIL 4 and PMP standards.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\nProven experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.\nHands-on experience with cloud migrations and hybrid infrastructure environments.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with tools such as JIRA, Service Management platforms, JAMF, Zero Trust solutions, FortiGate, and Microsoft 365.\nExposure to AI-enabled PM tools (e.g., Jira AI, Copilot, Smartsheet AI, Monday AI, Power BI with predictive analytics).\nKnowledge of hybrid and remote infrastructure support models.\nAbility to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nCertifications: ITIL 4, PMP, Scrum Master (AI or Agile certifications are a
