Management: Access Packages, Catalogs\nProficient in Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Access Reviews, Conditional Access\nAutomate Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows and user lifecycle events\nIdentify and remediate orphaned accounts and over-permissioned users\nStrong understanding of RBAC and ABAC access control models.\nScripting & Automation:\nStrong proficiency in PowerShell (Graph API, AzureAD, MSOnline, Az modules)\nAbility to automate:\nIAM data exports (e.g., PIM assignments, access packages)\nSign-in & activity log queries\nProvisioning/Deprovisioning tasks\nKnowledge of modular and maintainable scripting best practices\nSecurity & Compliance:\nUnderstanding of frameworks: NIST 800-53, HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI DSS\nAbility to map IAM controls to compliance framework\nExperience supporting audits through evidence gathering and documentation\nAzure Cloud & Microsoft Ecosystem:\nManage Azure subscriptions, resource groups, and RBAC\nExperience with Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and Company Portal\nTroubleshoot Conditional Access and authentication issues\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center\nDocumentation & Process Management:\nDevelop SOPs, process flows, and policy documents\nCreate and maintain IAM maturity models and strategic roadmaps\nPrepare documentation to support regulatory audits\nKey
