mailings, email, and follow-up to engage and recruit specialty offices.\nReporting and Tracking\nProvide weekly status reports on recruitment efforts by state, tracking progress and identifying opportunities for improvement.\nOnboarding and Credentialing\nCollaborate with the Credentialing Team to ensure efficient onboarding of new providers, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition into the network.\nOngoing Provider Relations\nServe as a point of contact for recruited specialty medical offices, addressing questions, concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with network participation.\nCommunication and Liaison\nMaintain steady communication and act as a liaison between recruited providers, upper management, and internal teams to ensure all parties are aligned and informed.\nSpecial Projects\nSupport and work on special projects related to provider recruitment and network expansion as needed.\nRequirements:\nPrevious experience recruiting medical offices, especially within the optical or audiology care industry.\nFamiliarity with credentialing processes and compliance regulations.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with external providers and internal teams.\nProven ability to manage recruitment efforts and meet set goals.\nExperience with onboarding and credentialing processes is a plus.\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.\nA proactive, results-driven individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a
