We provide career advancement opportunities from within the organization across multiple locations in the US, South America, and India.\nAbout the job:\nThis role is ideal for professionals with 8-10 years of experience in backend development and architecture, with expertise in C#, .NET Core, Azure, Microservices, and DevOps.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTechnical Architecture & Development\nDesign and develop testable, scalable, and high-performing .NET Core Web APIs and backend systems.\nImplement ASP.NET Core features such as Middleware, Filters & Attributes, Authentication & Authorization, and Dependency Injection.\nArchitect and develop microservices-based applications, including API Gateway and microservices orchestration.\nCloud & DevOps\nHands-on experience in Azure cloud services and cloud-native solutions.\nProficiency in Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and application deployment.\nWork with Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, Blob Storage, and Service Bus.\nDatabase & Performance Optimization\nStrong expertise in SQL Server, Azure Cosmos DB, and NoSQL databases.\nOptimize database queries, stored procedures, and caching techniques for high-performance applications.\nTesting & Security\nDevelop unit tests using xUnit, Moq/NSubstitute with 90%+ code coverage.\nExperience with secure API development and SSO implementations.\nKnowledge of GraphQL with Hot Chocolate is a plus.\nTeam Leadership & Collaboration\nLead and mentor a team of 6-8 developers, ensuring best practices and code quality.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.\nRequirements:\nTechnical Expertise\n8 to 10 years of experience in backend development and architecture.\nStrong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, EF Core, and ASP.NET Core.\nExperience in microservices design patterns, orchestration, and API Gateway.\nHands-on experience with Azure cloud-native development.\nProficiency in Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Azure Service Fabric.\nExperience in high-performance application development using caching techniques.\nStrong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.\nExperience in SSO implementations and secure API development.\nKnowledge of Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Search, and Azure Event Grid is a plus.\nSoft Skills & Collaboration\nAbility to lead teams and drive architectural decisions.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in GraphQL with Hot Chocolate.\nExperience in Azure API Management (APIM) and Azure Front Door.\nStrong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.\nExperience with Azure Data Factory.\nThis position offers a commission program in addition to the base salary, providing an opportunity to maximize your earnings based on your sales performance.
