This role is pivotal in supporting the transformation of our Data product and requires a strong technical background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and data transformations tools (ETL/ELT).\nOur team focuses on developing and maintaining internal corporate tools utilizing a robust technical stack that includes the BPCE SI cloud ecosystem, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Linux, Python, Power BI, Composer, and SSIS. We employ various methods and tools to enhance our workflow, including Jira and Confluence for project management, Clarity for resource planning, PowerDesigner and DataGalaxy for data modeling, and Dataplex for data management. Our testing processes are supported by Jira Xray, and we adhere to the Agile framework within the BPCE Tempo ecosystem to ensure efficient and adaptive project delivery.\nMain Responsibilities:\nIntegrate into the Performance and Run team, collaborating closely with BPCE-SI business units to guarantee the stability of existing systems.\nManage incidents effectively, ensuring minimal impact on operations while implementing necessary system evolutions.\nDevelop specific components in the context of construction projects, contributing to the overall enhancement of our data capabilities.\nEmploy Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery and Composer, to optimize data management and analysis.\nUtilize Power BI for reporting and visualization, alongside data integration tools such as SSIS to ensure seamless data flow.\nWork under the supervision of a squad lead to ensure optimal coordination and successful project execution.\nEngage in proactive communication with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.\n Hard Skills:\nProficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a strong understanding of data management and integration practices.\nExpertise in Power BI and data integration tools such as SSIS.\nKnowledge of programming languages, particularly Python and SQL, for data analysis and manipulation.\nExperience working in Agile environments, including participation in daily stand-ups and iterative development practices.\n French proficiency is mandatory (B2 level, minimum).\nSoft Skills:\nStrong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business units.\nDemonstrated ability to understand and prioritize user requirements effectively.\nStrong problem-solving skills for effective incident management and minimizing operational impact.\nProactive communication with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements.\nWe will only consider CVs in English.\n Our workplace reflects the vibrant spirit of our locations, with initiatives such as a Green Transportation Budget, electric bikes and a flexible Hybrid Work Policy.
