AVAILABLE POSITIONS: 01\n\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nIdentify sales opportunities and develop new client relationships to expand the company’s customer base.\n\nTake the lead in managing client relationships and ensure that the management team is kept informed of marketing opportunities and business development prospects.\n\nDevelop and implement effective marketing strategies to maximize the utilization of company equipment, products, services and capabilities.\n\nLiaise with clients to obtain all necessary information required to fulfill and exceed their expectations.\n\nEnsure that customer satisfaction is upheld through consistent engagement, effective communication and quality service delivery.\n\nIdentify potential markets and pursue opportunities to increase sales and promote the company’s products and services.\n\nPrepare and submit monthly sales and marketing reports before the 5th of every month.\n\nPerform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.\n\nREQUIREMENTS – SALES REPRESENTATIVE\n\nGrade 12 School Certificate with at least five (5) credits, including Mathematics and English.\n\nAny additional qualification in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management or a related field will be an added advantage.\n\nPrevious experience in sales, marketing, customer service or business development will be an added advantage.\n\nGood knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies and customer relationship management.\n\nStrong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to identify business opportunities, attract new clients and maintain existing customer relationships.\n\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.\n\nStrong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision.\n\nHigh level of integrity, professionalism, customer focus
