You'll work across the entire stack, from shaping the user experience to designing the systems behind it. We care more about engineering fundamentals than whether you know Python, TypeScript, or Rust.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn features from conception through deployment: frontend, backend, and everything in between\n\nDesign and build scalable APIs, data models, and backend services\n\nBuild polished, performant user interfaces that feel great to use\n\nCollaborate closely with product and design to shape what we build, not just how\n\nSet technical standards and contribute to architectural decisions\n\nParticipate in code reviews, help grow the team, and raise the bar on quality\n\nIdentify and resolve performance, reliability, and security issues proactively\n\nThe Stack\nLanguages: Kotlin, TypeScript, Python, Rust\n\nFrontend: React\n\nData: Postgres, DynamoDB, Kafka\n\nInfra & Compute: ECS, EKS, Lambda\n\nIaC: AWS CDK\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong fullstack ownership\n\nProficiency across modern frontend and backend technologies (we use React and Node.js/TypeScript)\n\nA track record of shipping production-quality software in fast-moving, post-Series A environments\n\nStrong product instincts: you think about users, not just systems\n\nComfort with ambiguity; you make decisive technical choices without a perfect spec\n\nExcellent communication skills; you can articulate trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical teammates\n\nExperience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines\n\nBonus Points\nExperience working with AI/LLM-powered products\n\nBackground in B2B SaaS or conversational/voice interfaces\n\nExperience in early-stage or high-growth startups\n\nThe Process\nWe respect your time.
