We are a fast growing startup, and we promote an international working environment filled with smart and ambitious colleagues based in Stockholm, Geneva, New York, and remotely. Our mission is to pioneer women’s health through research and passion, empowering every woman with the knowledge she needs to take charge of her health.\nAs a Research Operations Intern, you'll provide hands-on support for our research studies. You'll keep things running smoothly day-to-day by troubleshooting devices, keeping inventory in order, and making sure every participant has a good experience from their first email to their last.\nThis is an entry-level role, ideal if you're early in your career and want to see how hardware trials at Natural Cycles work in practice. You don't need prior experience in clinical research. What matters most is that you're organized, reliable, and enjoy solving practical problems.\nYou'll work closely with the MAD (Medical Algorithm and Data) team and collaborate with Hardware, Finance, IT, and HR. Research and trials workload fluctuates, so we're looking for someone comfortable switching gears to collaborate with other teams if needed.\nPlease note that this is a one-year contract role based in the Stockholm area, with a start date in December 2026.\nWhat you will be doing\nTroubleshoot: help participants solve device and app issues, test devices yourself, and figure out what went wrong when something doesn't work. Forward feedback to stakeholders in a structured and organized manner.\n\nLook after devices and inventory: keep track of stock, prepare and ship devices and materials, and keep inventory records accurate and up to date.\n\nSupport participants by answering questions, scheduling calls when needed, and sending follow-up messages in a clear, professional, and friendly way.\n\nKeep track of the details: check that signed documents are collected and stored in accordance with the internal protocol, monitor that participants are sharing data as expected, and flag anything that looks off.\n\nHelp with onboarding: schedule participants and prepare materials.\n\nRun offboarding: guide participants through the end of a study, collect devices and materials, and coordinate with Finance so compensation is paid.\n\nWhat skills and experience we think you have\nYou have a track record of taking responsibility and keeping things organized. This can come from a part-time job, volunteering, a student association, organizing events, coaching, or a similar role, paid or unpaid. Technical customer support role experience is a plus.\n\nYou're structured and like having systems: checklists, spreadsheets, and clear documentation.\n\nYou have strong attention to detail and easily spot small mistakes.\n\nYou enjoy troubleshooting and have the patience to help people who aren't comfortable with technology.\n\nYou explain things clearly and simply, both in writing and in conversation.\n\nYou can juggle several tasks at once without losing track.\n\nYou stay focused on priorities, even when plans change.\n\nYou're fully proficient in English, spoken and written.\n\nYou care about women's health and are curious about research.\n\nYou're comfortable with flexible scheduling, collaborating with multiple teams, and a varying workload.\n\nYou're based in the Stockholm area and available to start in December for a one-year contract.\n\nWhat we offer\nFlexibility where it fits - this is primarily an on-site role, since much of the trial work is hands-on, but there’s room for occasional remote days when the work allows. You’ll be part of a team based in and around Stockholm that values effective collaboration and transparent communication.\n\nProfessional development - you will work alongside knowledgeable colleagues in the continuous growth and skill enhancement environment.\n\nModern technology - you will leverage innovative technologies and tools, within an environment that empowers you to contribute ideas and take ownership of your work.\n\nImpactful projects - you will contribute to groundbreaking projects that redefine industry standards and create tangible value.\n\nCommitment to quality - you will join a dynamic and progressive organization that prioritizes profitable, long-term product development.\n\nLocation\nThis role is based at our Stockholm office. Most trial operations happen on-site, such as handling devices, managing inventory, and preparing shipments, so you should expect to be in the office often. There’s no fixed schedule; how many days you’re on-site will depend on the tasks at hand, and occasional remote days are possible when the work allows.\n\nSounds interesting?\nIf you want to be part of a successful team, we encourage you to apply for this position as soon as possible.\nWe look forward to hearing from you!\nHow to apply\nTo apply, just upload your CV and answer the questions on the application form. Keep in mind that we can't accept applications through email because of GDPR, and only applications submitted via the career site (and in English) will be considered.\nAt Natural Cycles we value diversity and inclusion because we know that teams with people from different backgrounds and experiences are stronger. We welcome candidates from all walks of life and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and candidates.\nNote: We are not looking for consultants or help from recruitment agencies","description_format":"text","description_chars":5500,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false}]},"benefits":["Professional development"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Women’s Health & Maternity","Consumer Health Apps"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-14T15:32:06Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":9,"reasons":["conf:0","win:early","comp:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-10-15T05:46:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/natural-cycles-research-operations-intern","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/natural-cycles-research-operations-intern.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-15T13:48:05Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":21233,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-16T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":56468},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=56468"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fnatural-cycles-research-operations-intern"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fnatural-cycles-research-operations-intern"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fnatural-cycles-research-operations-intern"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/natural-cycles-research-operations-intern\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fnatural-cycles-research-operations-intern"}]}
