This position also performs maintenance on refrigerators as well as emergency repairs when needed. This role will require 90-100% travel.\nApplications are accepted by the date below, which may be updated if the hiring timeline is extended.10/07/2026\nResponsibilities\nMain Ingredients:\nAssists with set up and programming of new refrigeration rack systems during construction of new locations\nProvides general repair work on refrigeration systems found at various store locationsProvides service by repairing, overhauling and installing equipment in a safe, efficient and timely manner that exceeds the store management’s expectations\n\nProvides general quarterly preventative maintenance activities by diagnosing equipment malfunction and any operating deficiency of the mechanical equipment \nCommunicates diagnosis and condition of refrigeration equipment to the Store Manager and to the VP of Construction\nProvides department support by processing job tickets and work orders for the necessary departments in a timely manner\nProvides World Class customer service to the store managers at all store locations \nMust be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight work\nObserves and adheres to standard construction safety practices \nPerforms other related duties and projects as assigned by management\nTravel is required with overnight stays\n\nAlthough this is a general outline of job responsibilities all employees are expected to be “hands on” and do whatever it takes to get the job done and make the company thrive.\nQualifications\nRecipe for Success:\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nMinimum 2 years related experience working in a multi-unit environment required \nAbility to provide and maintain personal tools as required by the job\nRegistered and insured personal vehicle required for daily travel\nBasic computer skills required\nKnowledge of CO2 controls and start up required\nProficient mechanical and troubleshooting skills; ability to read wiring diagrams and parts schematics\nKnowledge of rack systems\nCan work comfortably at elevated heights (man lifts, extension ladders etc.)\nPositive attitude and commitment to provide excellent customer service to support our stores.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nAbility to prioritize and plan the workday but also able to respond appropriately to changing work priorities \nPossess current driver’s license, a clean driving record and proof of insurance are required\nFrequent travel with overnight stays required\nThis job description is not an employment contract.
