In this role, you’ll lead strategic projects that improve manufacturing operations, strengthen processes, and help us deliver high-quality medical devices to our customers.\nThis isn’t a role where you’ll simply manage timelines from behind a spreadsheet. You’ll be working directly with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, suppliers, and other teams to solve problems, remove roadblocks, and turn ideas into results.\nYou’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects, influence how we work across teams and sites, and play an important role in continuous improvement within our Operations organization.\nWhat You’ll Get to Do\nLead manufacturing and operations projects from planning through execution, keeping teams aligned on scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.\nBuild and manage project plans, milestones, work assignments, risks, and priorities.\nBring cross-functional teams together to solve problems and achieve project objectives.\nIdentify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and keep projects moving when challenges arise.\nPartner with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to support successful project delivery.\nLead meetings across functions and business sites to create alignment and drive decisions.\nImprove workflows and develop processes that make our operations more efficient, consistent, and scalable.\nTrack project performance and provide clear, actionable updates to leadership.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and customer experience.\nSupport medical device design documentation in accordance with FDA design controls and good documentation practices.\nHelp ensure products and processes meet applicable quality and regulatory requirements, including UL, ISO, IEC 60601, and international requirements.\nSupport medical device safety testing and ongoing product compliance activities.\nDevelop reporting and visual management tools that make progress, risks, and performance easy to understand.\nCreate opportunities for team members to contribute their strengths, take ownership, and grow through project work.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nYou’re someone who likes being close to the work. You can build a project plan, but you’re just as comfortable getting into the details, bringing the right people together, and figuring out how to move a project forward.\nYou’ll bring:\nBachelor’s degree or similar qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.\n3–5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, engineering, or project management.\nHands-on experience leading projects in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, timelines, risks, and stakeholders.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nExperience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Project, and Visio.\nFamiliarity with production planning, production control systems, or MRP processes.\nAbility to communicate project status, risks, and recommendations clearly to different levels of the organization.\nEven Better If You Have\nExperience working in medical device or another regulated manufacturing environment.\nExperience with FDA design controls and quality system requirements.\nFamiliarity with UL, ISO, or IEC 60601 standards.\nExperience working directly with external suppliers or manufacturing partners.\nExperience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks.\nA background in continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives.\nWhy This Role\nThis is an opportunity to combine project leadership with hands-on manufacturing and operations work in an environment where quality matters.
