You’ll work across month-end and year-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue recognition, consolidated audits, international statutory reporting, and process improvement, while partnering with Finance teams across the organization.\nYou’ll also have the opportunity to build your international accounting experience by supporting Natus legal entities in Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong, helping ensure our accounting practices meet both U.S. GAAP and applicable local requirements.\nIf you’re a CPA looking for a role that offers broad accounting exposure, international experience, and the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful work, this could be a great next step.\nWhat You’ll Get to Do\nOwn Key Accounting & Close Activities\nSupport month-end and year-end close, ensuring financial activity is recorded accurately and on time.\nPrepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and other general accounting entries.\nPrepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.\nUse BlackLine to support accurate, timely, and well-documented account reconciliations.\nAssist with financial statement preparation and reporting.\nProvide financial analysis and support accounting and Finance projects as needed.\nSupport Revenue Recognition\nEnsure revenue transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with U.S. GAAP and ASC 606.\nReview accounting activity, identify discrepancies, and partner with appropriate teams to resolve issues.\nHelp maintain strong accounting controls and consistent financial reporting practices.\nBuild International Accounting Experience\nWork across a global Finance organization and gain exposure to accounting and reporting requirements outside the United States.\nSupport annual statutory audits for legal entities in Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.\nHelp ensure compliance with applicable local GAAP and statutory reporting requirements.\nSupport the annual consolidated group audit under U.S. GAAP.\nWork directly with internal and external auditors to provide schedules, documentation, and other requested information.\nPartner Across the Business\nCollaborate closely with Accounting and Finance colleagues as well as other teams across the organization.\nProvide accounting guidance and help resolve financial issues.\nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and geographic locations.\nHelp maintain effective financial controls and processes as the organization evolves.\nHelp Improve How We Work\nWe’re looking for someone who can manage the details while also identifying opportunities to make our accounting processes stronger and more efficient.\nWork within ERP and cloud-based accounting environments.\nIdentify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and develop practical solutions.\nSupport improvements to accounting processes, controls, and reporting.\nTake ownership of assignments and follow them through to completion.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nActive CPA designation required.\n3+ years of accounting experience within a multinational organization.\nHands-on experience with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.\nExperience supporting a consolidated annual audit under U.S. GAAP.\nExperience supporting statutory reporting requirements for international legal entities.\nKnowledge and practical application of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition.\nExperience working in a cloud/SaaS accounting environment.\nExperience with accounting software and ERP systems.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nA self-starter who takes initiative, owns their work, and follows through.\nEven Better If You Have\nExperience within a manufacturing organization.\nExperience with Oracle or a similar ERP system.\nExperience using BlackLine for account reconciliations.\nExperience working directly with international Finance teams and external auditors.\nWhy This Role?\nThis is an opportunity to take your accounting experience beyond a traditional Senior Accountant position.\nYou won’t be limited to one part of the accounting cycle.
