We're looking for someone who takes ownership, understands the technology behind the product, anticipates challenges, and ensures development teams have the clarity and direction they need to deliver exceptional software.\nIf you enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating with technical teams, and making a meaningful impact on healthcare technology, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Get to Do\nOwn the Product Backlog and Drive Development Readiness\nTake ownership of the software development backlog for cloud products, platform capabilities, and development teams.\nTranslate product vision, customer needs, and clinical workflows into well-defined epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nLead backlog refinement and prioritization, ensuring requirements are clear, testable, and ready for development.\nProactively identify missing requirements, technical dependencies, conflicting priorities, and potential delivery risks.\nBalance customer needs, product priorities, technical constraints, regulatory requirements, and release timelines.\nPartner with development teams throughout Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and demonstrations.\nTurn Complex Requirements Into Actionable Solutions\nCollaborate closely with Product Management to understand product goals, clinical workflows, and upcoming release objectives.\nBreak down complex product capabilities into manageable, development-ready requirements.\nPartner with UI/UX, Engineering, and Test teams to define user experiences, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.\nAnticipate edge cases, workflow variations, permissions, integrations, and other details critical to successful implementation.\nHelp define Minimum Viable
