Working at the intersection of AI strategy, cross-functional delivery teams, and executive leadership, you will drive delivery momentum, untangle complex dependencies, and maintain rigorous reporting across the portfolio.\nYou’ll also:\nOwn the overall programme management and delivery roadmap for the Boxed AI programme, continually shaping execution plans to align with broader AI strategy and organizational goals.\nLead the overarching delivery management of the AI Learning & Development rollout in close collaboration with L&D teams, managing timelines, deliverables, and capability building across the business.\nDrive internal AI engagement and knowledge sharing across the organization by orchestrating regular AI Show & Tells and actively collaborating with AI Champions to foster adoption and best practices.\nDrive end-to-end reporting across the entire AI programme.
