You’ll be managing a portfolio of employee grievance, disciplinary and absence cases or employee health cases, advising and supporting people managers on related matters.\nWe’ll look to you to provide consistent advice on the interpretation and application of in scope policies, relevant employment law and taking into account any jurisdictional practices.\nAdditionally, you’ll be:\nLeading or contributing to project activity to enhance our service\nUsing skilled and in-depth probing to make an assessment of each situation and advise a realistic, business focused solution \nMinimising risk to the business by ensuring a consistent approach to diagnosis of issues and the subsequent advice and actions\nManaging allocated case portfolios in-line with targets in relation to health advisory and maintaining a communication flow with the business throughout the life of the case\nProactively contributing to and supporting ongoing continuous improvements across the Policy & Advice operation to enhance our ways of working and simplify it for the customer\nThe skills you'll need\nTo be successful in this role, you’ll need a background in risk assessment and management, coupled with the ability to probe, evaluate and diagnose complex situations and provide practical solutions.
