We’ll look to you to make sure that your stakeholders fully understand the global reference data strategy and agenda. And you’ll be managing the expectations of internal support functions with insight into client requirements and the development of business.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nMaintaining an understanding of front-to-back client life cycle\nSuggesting areas of improvement for daily processing and escalating these appropriately\nFormulating plans, that are delivered in-line with agreed risk, cost and time requirements\nActing as a point of contact for static data queries and requests\nDriving the development, implementation and regular review of policies and procedures including AML, know your customer and suitability, ensuring colleagues have adequate awareness and training\nThe skills you'll need\nWe’ll expect you to have experience in the financial services industry, with a specialism in reference data, client on-boarding or client exits. You’ll need to have excellent analytical skills, with a structured and methodical approach when investigating data issues.
