You’ll work collaboratively across disciplines to clarify objectives, sharing progress, manage risks and alignment issues, and escalate as needed.\nYour work will focus on:\nDesigning user experiences, information architecture and prototype outlines from end to end\nConsistently applying guidelines and standards, contributing to improvements that raise consistency, quality, accessibility and inclusion in product design\nActing as a key contact for stakeholders to manage expectations, support understanding and influence decisions\nContributing to larger plans by supporting the development of programme-level design activities where required\nContinuously developing your skills and domain knowledge and supporting colleagues through feedback and best-practice sharing\nThe skills you'll need\nAs our Product Design Associate, you’ll understand user-centred design and have a good working knowledge of product design, design systems and accessible, inclusive design principles. You’ll have experience delivering high-quality user flows, interfaces and prototypes informed and validated by user research, with a portfolio that shows engaging, user-centred solutions and clear rationale.
