We’ll look to you to interpret suitability letters, client profile and service selection forms to ensure that all new business processing is in-line with client requirements.\nYou’ll also be:\nDealing with all of the queries and administration for existing financial planning products\nEnsuring all aspects of administration processes are delivered in accordance with agreed procedures and controls\nLiaising with colleagues on any further support required, and providing proactive ongoing updates through to completion\nBuilding rapport with financial planning providers to ensure service standards are met at all times, escalating any concerns on service\nManaging any complaints in accordance with processes\nThe skills you'll need\nWe’re looking for someone with a thorough understanding of financial planning products, coupled with experience of dealing with client requirements in relation to suitability.\nYou’ll also need:\nBroad general knowledge of the financial services environment and products\nThe ability to identify scenarios where further clarity is required\nExcellent communication skills when dealing with clients by telephone and other communication mediums\nA willingness to develop technical knowledge\nTo be enrolled in either CISI IAD level 4 or CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning\nHow we'll reward you\nYou’ll join on a competitive salary of £32,400.00 and in addition you’ll receive a contribution to help you save for retirement.
