Leveraging strong organizational and analytical skills, along with a keen understanding of consumer trends and the competitive landscape, the Merchandiser helps deliver compelling assortments that support brand objectives and drive financial performance.\nPosition Responsibilities\nMarket expert - knows customer, competition and market trends across apparel categories\nCreate seasonal sku plans for owned categories that align with the channel’s financial goals\nAssort and influence category assortments by analyzing buy history, product performance, consumer trend and competitive landscape\nPartner with cross-functional team on day-to-day deliverables\nParticipate in milestone meetings; recap and prioritize action items from meetings and follow up as needed\nAnticipate department needs for upcoming deliverables and maintain all calendar deadlines\nDeliver compelling and strategic seasonal assortment presentations to Sales team\nManage key post-market milestones to ensure all orders are captured and processed seamlessly and on time\nManage sample process; ensure samples are organized and categorized appropriately\nUse day-to-day learnings to create solutions and adjust strategies as business needs change\nUnderstand the different roles of the cross-functional team and how they relate to the Merchandising role, and foster relationships to efficiently drive collaboration\nProactively seek new opportunities to grow the business and further personal and professional development\nPosition Requirements\nAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Design, Product Development or related field\n4-6 years of related experience\nHighly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and proficient learner of PLM systems\nExcellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills\nStrong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills\nHighly detail oriented and organized\nAbility to multitask and adjust to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment\nSelf-motivated with a strong ability to self-manage and define priorities of the department/business\nMust be able to develop relationships at all levels and work in a collaborative environment\nWhat you get:\nIf eligible, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, term life insurance, paid vacation/holidays*, and 401(k) with Company match.
