You love being part of a winning team and you bring your energy to work every day.\nThe Store Manager reports to the District Manager.\nWho You Are:\nInspirational leader who guides their team to achieve great results.\nProactively connect with candidates to build talent pipeline.\nDemonstrates a competitive spirit and desire to win.\nTeam player with an entrepreneurial spirit.\nOperates with a sense of urgency and effectively manage competing priorities.\nAdapts to change and takes on more responsibilities.\nSelf-motivated; seeks personal growth and development.\nResponsibilities\nAs the Store Manager you will:\nUse statistical information and market knowledge to create action plans and achieve financial, customer-service and operational goals, while addressing the store unique strengths and challenges.\nUnderstand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.\nEngage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty by using company tools.\nAttract, develop, and retain top talent individuals.\nMotivate and engage your teams by identifying their strengths.\nProvide and receive feedback in order to improve performance and develop team members.\nCommunicate clear expectations and hold the store team and yourself accountable to achieving results.\nEnsure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently.\nOversee all controllable expenses such as payroll and training to increase profitability.\nEstablish trust with the team in the face of opposing beliefs, values or perspectives.\nRemain composed in the face of challenges and unforeseen circumstances\nProvide leadership or assistance with floor sets, window changes, and other merchandising and visual expectations.\nPerform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute management functions in the absence of Assistant Manager.\nSchedule employees to their strengths to maximize productivity.\nModel our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.\nQualifications\nYou will also have:\n2+ years as a Store Manager in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).\nProven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.\nFlexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).\nMay require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed) and attend district meetings.\nWhat you get:\nEligible for bonus under the Management Incentive Plan.\nIf eligible, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, term life insurance, paid vacation/holidays*, and 401(k) with Company match.
