We’re growing fast, and our customers need someone who can own their experience end-to-end - triaging issues, debugging real technical problems, and turning support into a competitive advantage. This isn’t a “read from a script” support role; you’ll talk to customers every day, work directly in the product, in the logs, and alongside engineering to ship fixes.
