An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.\nExperience:\nMinimum 1 year of relevant experience, including co-op, internship, or other work-integrated learning experience.\nExperience developing or supporting automation, digital, AI-enabled, or software solutions. \nExposure to tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, GitHub Copilot, or similar automation and development technologies.\nExperience working with business users to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and translate needs into practical solutions.\n Exposure to the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, support, and continuous improvement. \nKnowledge:\nKnowledge of automation, AI, and low-code/no-code development concepts. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related technologies.\nFamiliarity with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools.\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.\nBasic knowledge of programming, scripting, APIs, data integration, and databases.\nUnderstanding of business process analysis and process automation concepts.\nKnowledge of user-centered solution design, including translating business requirements into practical digital solutions.\nAwareness of security, data governance, documentation, and responsible AI principles. \nAbilities:\nAbility to understand business needs and translate them into practical automation solutions.\nAbility to analyze problems and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.\nAbility to learn and apply new automation, AI, and development tools.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team.\nPersonal Suitability:\nCurious and eager to learn, with an interest in emerging technologies, automation, and AI.\nClient-focused and collaborative, with a willingness to understand users' needs and work alongside them.\nInnovative and improvement-oriented, with an interest in finding simpler and more efficient ways of working.\nAdaptable and open to feedback in a fast-changing technology environment. \nAccountable and dependable, with attention to quality and follow-through. \nWorking conditions:\nThis position is a hybrid position with a minimum - 3 days per week on site.
