business objectives.\nManage social media platforms by scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and refining content strategy.\nAssist in website content updates and digital branding initiatives.\nLead conference and event planning, including logistics coordination, material preparation, and on-site or virtual support.\nDrive internal messaging efforts, such as leadership communications, employee spotlights, and company-wide updates.\nDevelop and manage internal communications to improve team engagement, transparency, and organizational communication.\nCreate and refine internal templates to align with Navaide’s brand guidelines, ensuring professional and cohesive visual communication.\nConduct research to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing campaigns.\nTrack and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.\nOwn content updates and maintenance for SharePoint, ensuring employees have easy access to announcements, and resources.\nManage swag procurement, vendor relationships, inventory, and fulfillment to ensure high-quality branded merchandise for employees, partners, and events, including new hires, company initiatives, and employee recognition programs.\nRelevant Skills and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in marketing, branding, content creation, or internal communications.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and creativity.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint) and SharePoint for content management.\nExperience with social media (e.g., LinkedIn) and website content updates.\nFamiliarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).\nPrior experience in event planning and logistics coordination a plus\nAbility to analyze marketing performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\nA collaborative and proactive mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.\nStrong experience in both Illustrator and Photoshop.\nHybrid position with 3 days per week in Arlington, VA (preferred) or San Diego,
