This role can be either San Diego-based or remote/ onsite as required.\nHow you will Make an Impact:\nAs an RPA Developer (UiPath), you will analyze business processes, design automation workflows, and build stable, scalable robots using the UiPath platform. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams to automate processes that improve efficiency and reduce manual workload across our clients' operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nAutomation Design & Development\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.\nCreate reusable components, automation frameworks, and libraries for scalable automation delivery.\nConduct feasibility assessments of automation opportunities.\nProcess Analysis & Documentation\nCollaborate with subject matter experts to capture business processes and convert them into detailed technical requirements.\nPrepare and maintain PDDs (Process Design Documents), SDDs (Solution Design Documents), and deployment documentation.\nTesting, Deployment & Optimization\nPerform unit testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure stable and efficient automations.\nMonitor and troubleshoot production bots; implement fixes and enhancements as needed.\nFollow best practices for maintainability, security, and version control.\nCollaboration & Governance\nWork with project managers, QA teams, and business analysts to ensure smooth delivery.\nAdhere to automation governance standards, coding guidelines, and documentation requirements.\nManage robot scheduling, monitoring, and maintenance within UiPath Orchestrator.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\n2-5 years of experience developing RPA solutions using UiPath.\nStrong proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and REFramework.\nExperience integrating UiPath with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.\nFamiliarity with C#, VB.NET, or Python is a plus.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nUnderstanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.\nPreferred Qualifications\nUiPath certifications (e.g., RPA Developer, Advanced Developer, or Solutions Architect).\nExperience with Intelligent Automation technologies such as Document Understanding or AI/ML features.\nFamiliarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).\nBackground in business process optimization or process re-engineering.\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication and technical documentation skills.\nDetail-oriented with a commitment to quality and reliability.\nProactive, self-driven, and able to work independently or collaboratively.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\nClearance:\nMust have a DOD clearance or be able
