Join Navan as a Senior Product Manager (Policy) and take ownership of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core Policy engine. You'll build intelligent guardrails for compliance and partner with cross-functional teams to redefine how companies manage and enforce their expense policies at scale. Développer, communiquer et défendre la vision du produit pour le produit Policy de Navan Expense, en alignant les objectifs de l'entreprise et en conduisant des initiatives stratégiques.
Diriger le développement de la stratégie produit et maintenir une feuille de route priorisée qui offre une valeur maximale aux clients.

Profil recherché

- Strong product taste, judgement, and design thinking

- AI fluency - real experience with AI-tooling (i.e. Claude Code, Braintrust, Cursor), prototyping, and technical concepts

- Strong customer empathy and design thinking

- Exceptional project management abilities, capable of driving product delivery from concept to completion

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals with agency and urgency

- 4+ years of product management or adjacent experience
