You’ll facilitate design rituals and syncs that bridge time zones and cultures.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n4-6 years of Product Design experience: Specifically within B2B, SaaS, or complex technical systems. You should be comfortable with deep hierarchies and power-user workflows.\nFull-Stack proficiency: A portfolio that demonstrates strength in both UX Architecture (logic, edge cases, user flows) and UI Design (layout, hierarchy, and interaction).\nFigma expertise: Proficiency in Figma is required; you use auto-layout and components to build organized, scalable files.\nShipped B2B Work: A proven track record of shipping impactful work in a B2B or B2B2C environment.\nTechnical fluency: You understand the constraints of web and mobile. You speak the language of developers and know how to negotiate a design without sacrificing the user experience.\nAn Iterative mindset: You believe that \"done is better than perfect\" but \"perfecting\" is what happens in the next sprint.
